Book a space in Lampasas Hall
The Honors College offers TXST students, faculty, and staff a selection of rooms in Lampasas Hall for use.
A variety of small study rooms, large group meeting spaces, and conference room are available for reservation. Membership with the Honors College is not required for reservation.
How to reserve a room
- Use our online room reservation system to book your room. (Note: Walk-in requests can also be made at the front desk in LAMP 407 but will be subject to room availability.)
- Request for room access for your scheduled booking at the front desk in LAMP 407. You will be required to show proof of your identify with your TXST ID.

Reservations are subject to space availability during normal operating hours and can be made up until 24 hours before the chosen booking time. Please click the reservation button below to submit your request.
More information on walk-in requests
Walk-in room requests are welcome on a daily basis but subject to room availability.
For walk-in requests, please stop by the front desk in LAMP 407 to check room availability and to book the room. Your TXST ID and A0# number will be required for walk-in requests.
